Meet The Team
Andi Carroll
Andi is a certified fitness instructor with more than a decade of experience teaching fitness and dance. As a lifelong fitness enthusiast, she has tried just about every form of fitness out there. She has competed in road races, marathons, and two Ironman 70.3 events. Over the years, she combined this passion for personal fitness with her professional expertise - teaching - to found BUTI MVMNT studio. Andi brings to her clients thousands of hours of training and mastery of her craft. She is a certified yoga instructor holding an E-RYT 200, RYT 500, and YACEP (continuing education provider) through the Yoga Alliance. Andi is also certified in the prestigious STOTT Pilates method (Reformer and Mat (Levels 1 and 2)). She holds certifications in Primal Flow, Aerial Yoga, all of the Barre Amped methods, in fitness rowing through the Shockwave program, and in PiYo,TurboKick, POP Pilates, and more. Andi found her greatest fitness passion in BUTI Yoga, where she works to lead others to get out of their heads and into their bodies, to love themselves now, and to find release and connection with others. She serves as a Master Trainer for BUTI MVMNT, spreading the yoga light wherever and whenever she can! When Andi is not making you burn at the studio, you can find her teaching at the LSU Law School, where she has taught family law and marital property for many years. She also has two fabulous children who keep her sweating daily!
Sarah Goncalves
Sarah Goncalves is a certified yoga teacher, holding a 200-hour teaching certificate through YogaRenew (accredited through Yoga Alliance). She also holds certifications in Primal Flow and BUTI Yoga. When she is not sweating and smiling along with you in class, you can find her teaching in the Radiologic Technology program at FranU, with a focus on anatomy and physiology. Sarah loves teaching and helping people grow in mind, body and spirit and is a former HS National Champion cheerleader who loves fitness. She believes laughter and positivity is the best medicine, and it is sure to come out while she teaches. Sarah enjoys spending time with her two boys, attending church, and serving in the community.
Danielle Lanoux
Danielle took her first yoga class in 2016 and was immediately hooked. Yoga became a huge part of her life, and she wants to continue to share the magic with everyone she encounters. She believes that anyone can do yoga, and can make their practice what they want it to be. Danielle has a special love for arm balances and inversions. She would love to help you think outside the box and get upside down, change your perspective on life, and broaden your practice. Danielle received her 200hr yoga teaching certification through the Yoga & Ayurveda Center. She then furthered her education and earned an additional 300hr certification through the Shanti Yoga Training School. Danielle is now registered through Yoga Alliance as an RYT 500 and is also certified to teach paddleboard yoga! Always looking to learn and try new things, she fell in love with the practice of BUTI Yoga, and became certified to teach both BUTI Yoga and Primal Flow as well. She loves everything that BUTI MVMNT stands for. Danielle lives with her husband and their 3 cats and 2 parrots in the Gonzales area.
Margaret Pearce
Margaret is a native of Baton Rouge, married to her husband for over 25 years, and a proud mother of 2 beautiful children. She has a Bachelors in Kinesiology and Health Studies with an emphasis in Health and Fitness Promotion and also a Bachelors of Science in Nursing. She began dancing at the age of 3 with a focus on ballet training. Margaret went on to teach dance across the country and internationally with a dance company based in Dallas. In her “free time,” she continued her passion for fitness and became a certified aerobics instructor in the early 90s. She then moved to Dallas where she was a Dallas Mavericks Dancer and taught health, dance and directed competitive dance teams with award winning school systems for 10 years. Deciding to move back home, she went to nursing school to become a registered nurse. Margaret currently is a clinical account executive and certified case manager for WebTPA. After realizing how much she missed teaching, she returned to group fitness in 2016. She is a certified instructor in BUTI Yoga, Sculpt, Hot Core and 305 Fitness (cardio dance). Margaret has decided to become part of the BUTI MVMNT family and hopes to spread her love and enthusiasm for fitness to all who come to her classes.
Graciana Helm
When she was in middle school, Graciana took her first yoga class at the YMCA with her grandmother. She did not understand or appreciate it until 2015, when she attended a donation-based yoga and meditation class at the LSU International Cultural Center. After that class, she quickly fell in love with yoga and all its benefits. Graciana trained in eastern yoga and began teaching at the ICC. She learned to teach yoga to others by teaching and learning it within herself. She now holds a 200-hour yoga teaching training certificate through Yoga Alliance, via Yoga Bliss. Graciana is also a professional seamstress. She believes that sewing and yoga go hand in hand. Both require A LOT of patience! Graciana loves helping people find peace and enjoyment in body and mind. She considers herself a free spirit and loves the outdoors! She enjoys teaching in a playful and organic manner. Graciana is new to BUTI but was immediately hooked with its ability to let herself be feral in movement. She believes it is important to tap into the soul through movement and mindfulness.
Meaghan Keel
Meaghan is a certified aerial instructor with five years of experience in teaching and performing. She first discovered aerial fitness in 2016 and instantly fell in love. As her passion grew for aerials, she made the decision to become an instructor in 2018 and got certified through Cirqfit. Since then she has enjoyed sharing her knowledge with her students and being a part of their aerial journey.
